YOUR INVITATION TO EXHIBIT

By Bob Stallman, President

The American Farm Bureau Federation invites your organization to exhibit at the 2013 AFBF Annual Meeting Tradeshow, Jan. 13-16, at the Gaylord Opryland Resort &Convention Center in Nashville, Tenn.

As the national voice of agriculture, AFBF works with state Farm Bureaus to present a positive, realistic image of today’s farm and ranch families, while also striving to enhance their quality of life and profitability. AFBF is the largest general farm organization in the nation, with more than 6.2 million member families.

The AFBF Annual Meeting program includes two general sessions, workshops on current topics of interest, the Tradeshow, special events and a business session in which voting delegates chart the course for AFBF’s policy positions for 2013.

We expect more than 5,000 members from across the nation to attend. By exhibiting at the Tradeshow, you will have the opportunity to reach these leaders in agriculture with information about your products and services. More than 90 percent of attendees will be state and county Farm Bureau leaders–agricultural producers who are opinion leaders in the industry and primary decision-makers on their farms and ranches.

Our Tradeshow exhibitors are limited to those with products and services of interest to agricultural producers, county and state Farm Bureaus, and rural communities. The exhibits will be open for two days during the convention. SPACE IS LIMITED, so please respond at your earliest convenience.

In addition to a display booth, I encourage you to consider hosting an exhibitor seminar during the Tradeshow. A limited number of seminar times are available, and they will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

We look forward to seeing you in Nashville!
